The overall program goal was to raise awareness about Nimble and their environmentally friendly products. They are a newer company, and this was their first entry into the retail mass merchandising arena.
The team at Nimble tasked our team to make individual shelf displays and pre-pack them with product so store employees can open them and place right on the shelf. The displays would hold three different sized boxes in the product assortment and could be used as an endcap display or as a stand-alone display.
Our team provide the structural expertise as well as the retailer guidelines, while the customer provided the graphic design for this project. The program consisted of a header card and five trays with unique graphics on each tray.
The messaging on the graphic filler on the left side of the trays conveyed an eco-friendly message, while messaging on the right communicated the type of product held in the tray. Trays and graphic fillers will be digitally printed on Kemi utilizing the HP C500 digital press. Each tray also contained four 6″ stem hooks with scan plates and product stops. All materials used were from recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.
Fulfillment: 100% of the displays were shipped fully kitted and delivered on time to the retail locations.
Compliance: Due to the simplicity of the set-up, compliance was near 100% across the retailers.
Performance: The durable construction of the displays held up during shipping, set-up, and sell through.
Shopability: Shoppers easily engaged with the display.
Sales: The displays were well received by the retailers and were easy to shop by the customers. The retailers experienced complete sell through of the product.
